  1. Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies and protocols to protect company assets and information.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential cyber threats and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
  3. Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and other security-related data to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security best practices across all business units.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and trends, and proactively recommend and implement security enhancements as needed.
  6. Lead and mentor junior cyber security team members, providing guidance and support in resolving complex security issues.
  7. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cyber security.
  9. Manage and maintain security tools and systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of cyber security within the company.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and services.
  12. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities, including conducting forensic investigations and coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's cyber security posture through regular testing and auditing.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's values and commitment to ethical business practices at all times.
