In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.   1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  2. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  4. Train and supervise plant staff to ensure they are following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
  6. Maintain and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production.
  7. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
  8. Monitor and control production costs to meet budget goals.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  10. Identify and troubleshoot any technical or mechanical issues within the plant.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce waste.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to plant staff.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding plant operations, challenges, and successes.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in plant operations.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote employee engagement and retention.
