  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve plant operations.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports on plant operations, including production data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in plant operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations for plant staff and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability within plant operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Plant Operations, Including Safety Protocols And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team Of Employees.
