  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment used in harvesting operations.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Repair and replace damaged or worn parts as needed.
  4. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  5. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of equipment.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on equipment.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and recommend improvements to equipment.
  9. Communicate any potential equipment issues or concerns to management.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Follow all environmental and regulatory requirements.
  13. Utilize computer systems to track maintenance and repairs.
  14. Work independently and as a team to meet production goals.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
