Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Agriculture, Business Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Or Production Environment
Proficiency In Budgeting, Cost Control, And Financial Analysis
Strong Knowledge Of Plant Operations, Including Safety Protocols, Quality Control, And Production Processes
