1. Develop and implement FSQR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential food safety and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Train and educate plant employees on FSQR principles, best practices, and new regulations.
4. Monitor and evaluate plant processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
6. Manage and maintain all FSQR documentation, records, and reports.

13. Monitor and manage FSQR budget to ensure effective use of resources.
14. Communicate FSQR-related information and updates to all levels of the organization.
