Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees using established payroll systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee payroll information and handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Verify accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, and deductions.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payroll, working closely with the HR and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely onboarding and termination of employees in the payroll system.
- Keep updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and government agencies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor new team members on payroll processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Administration
