- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track production and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Packaging Or Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Packaging Processes And Equipment, Including Experience With Automated Packaging Systems.
Proven Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Safety And Quality Standards For Food Packaging, Including Experience With Haccp And Gmp Protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Packaging, Engineering, Or Business) Or Equivalent Work Experience.
