- Develop and implement strategies for organizational design and change management to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and HR business partners, to understand business needs and identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change.
- Lead and facilitate organizational design and change initiatives, including but not limited to restructuring, process improvement, and culture transformation.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing organizational structures, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption and implementation of organizational changes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on organizational design and change management, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consistency in organizational design and change efforts.
- Monitor and track the progress of organizational design and change initiatives, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Coach and mentor leaders and employees on organizational design and change principles and practices.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in organizational design and change management, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the company.
- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives related to organizational design and change management, as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Organizational Design Principles And Change Management Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Organizational Change Initiatives, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Complex Organizational Challenges.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
