  1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company's global supply chain.
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of supply chain activities.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  8. Train and mentor team members to develop a strong and capable supply chain team.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operations.
  11. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations.
  13. Proactively identify and address any issues that may impact the supply chain, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  14. Monitor and manage key performance indicators to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  16. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the supply chain process.
  17. Work with the team to develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
  18. Provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and any potential risks.
  19. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, processes, and markets.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to drive operational excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Operations Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Supply Chain Management Software.
