  1. Manage and maintain the reliability of mechanical systems and equipment for Cargill's food, agriculture, and nutrition operations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and develop solutions to improve reliability.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
  4. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and maintenance records.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and resolution of issues.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Mentor and train team members on best practices and procedures related to mechanical reliability.
  12. Participate in departmental meetings and provide updates on projects and initiatives.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source quality parts and materials for maintenance and repairs.
  14. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing work orders and completing tasks.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Reliability Engineering Role, Preferably In The Food Manufacturing Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Equipment Design And Maintenance Principles

  • Experience With Reliability Engineering Tools And Techniques Such As Fmea, Rca, And Rcm

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Track Record Of Implementing Effective Solutions To Improve Equipment Reliability And Reduce Downtime.
