  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the success of Cargill's North America Retirement Plans.
  2. Lead and manage the North America Retirement Plans team, providing guidance, support and coaching to team members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retirement plan strategies with overall business objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes and best practices in retirement planning to continuously improve Cargill's retirement plans.
  5. Oversee the administration and compliance of retirement plans, ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as plan administrators, investment advisors and legal counsel.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plans, providing guidance and support to HR and other internal stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of retirement plans to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with finance and budget teams to manage the financial aspects of retirement plans, including budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
  10. Communicate with employees about retirement plan options, changes and updates, and provide education and resources to support their financial well-being.
  11. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in retirement planning and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies into Cargill's retirement plans.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement within the North America Retirement Plans team.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retirement Plan Administration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Administering Retirement Plans, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retirement Plan Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Erisa, Irs Regulations, And Other Relevant Laws Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Ensure Compliance With All Legal Requirements And Handle Any Regulatory Changes.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Manager, North America Retirement Plans, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Retirement Plan Professionals. Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Necessary To Motivate And Guide The Team Towards Achieving Departmental Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking And Decision Making: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically To Identify Opportunities For Improving The Retirement Plans And Implementing Innovative Solutions. The Ability To Make Effective Decisions Based On Data And Insights Is Crucial For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Including Employees, Retirement Plan Participants, Vendors, And Senior Management. The Candidate Should Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Retirement Plans.
