In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global HR processes related to time and pay.   1. Develop and implement global HR processes related to time and pay in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
  2. Continuously review and improve existing HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to time and pay and ensure compliance.
  5. Monitor and analyze HR process performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost savings.
  6. Train and educate HR team members and employees on new and updated processes and procedures.
  7. Communicate changes and updates to HR processes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures for reference and training purposes.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to time and pay processes.
  10. Provide support and guidance to regional HR teams in the implementation and execution of global HR processes.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems and processes.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and go-to person for all time and pay related queries and concerns.
  13. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.
  14. Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the HR team and across the organization.
  15. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Global Hr Process Management, With A Focus On Time And Pay Processes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Hr Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams In A Global Environment.
