Job Description

  1. Oversee the maintenance and repairs of critical equipment in the Utilities department.
  2. Ensure the uninterrupted supply of utilities to company facilities.
  3. Monitor and maintain the efficiency and performance of mechanical and electrical systems.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities.
  5. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support.
  6. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
  8. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  9. Train and develop team members to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
  10. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  11. Monitor and control maintenance costs within budgetary constraints.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in utility systems maintenance.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Utility Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Utility Systems, Such As Electrical, Mechanical, And Hvac, And How They Function In An Industrial Setting.

  • Experience In Maintenance Management: The Maintenance Supervisor Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry, To Effectively Oversee And Coordinate The Maintenance Team.

  • Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Time.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues With Utility Systems And Equipment, As Well As Implement Preventive Maintenance Plans.

  • Safety And Compliance Knowledge: A Maintenance Supervisor Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Regulations And Compliance Standards Related To Utility Systems And Ensure That All Maintenance Activities Are Carried Out Safely And In Accordance With Regulations.
