Strong Knowledge Of Utility Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Utility Systems, Such As Electrical, Mechanical, And Hvac, And How They Function In An Industrial Setting.
Experience In Maintenance Management: The Maintenance Supervisor Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry, To Effectively Oversee And Coordinate The Maintenance Team.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Time.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues With Utility Systems And Equipment, As Well As Implement Preventive Maintenance Plans.
