  1. Oversee and manage all maintenance and repair activities for utility systems within the company.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of utility systems.
  3. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  4. Train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with utility systems and provide timely and effective solutions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve overall efficiency of utility systems.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in maintenance and utilities to continually improve processes and procedures.
  9. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to maintenance and utilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Role, Preferably In A Utilities Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Hydraulic Systems.

  • Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Maintenance Technicians, Including Scheduling And Delegation Of Tasks.

  • Familiarity With Safety Protocols And Procedures, Including Osha And Epa Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Equipment Issues In A Timely Manner.
