  1. Oversee the maintenance and reliability of all facilities within the company.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies to ensure operational efficiency and maximize uptime.
  3. Lead a team of maintenance and reliability technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of maintenance and reliability activities.
  5. Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and manage the maintenance and reliability budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  7. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve maintenance and reliability practices.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary parts and equipment.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in all maintenance and reliability activities.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  12. Train and develop team members on new equipment and processes to ensure their understanding and ability to perform their roles effectively.
  13. Proactively identify potential issues and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance and reliability team.
  15. Maintain a strong focus on sustainability and actively seek out ways to reduce the company's environmental footprint through maintenance and reliability practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Reliability Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Managing And Developing Teams.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Maintenance And Reliability Best Practices, Including Predictive And Preventative Maintenance Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives And Driving Operational Efficiencies.
