• Conduct thorough research and analysis of intellectual property laws and regulations to ensure compliance and protection of company assets
• Develop and implement strategies for protecting and leveraging the company's intellectual property assets
• Draft and review contracts and agreements related to intellectual property, including licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and assignments
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on intellectual property matters
