Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. As an integral member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing customer base while also developing new business opportunities.   1. Manage and expand existing customer accounts by fostering strong relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  3. Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to potential and existing customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and results.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential customers.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  13. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  15. Adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
  16. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
  18. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the agriculture industry and Cargill's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Food Or Agriculture Industry

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
