  1. Perform butchery tasks according to company and industry standards.
  2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Operate and maintain equipment used in the butchery process.
  5. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and safety.
  6. Use knives and other cutting tools to prepare various cuts of meat.
