
HR Business Partner, Plants

- Serve as a strategic partner to plant managers, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of HR.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Cargill's overall business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with plant leaders and employees to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with plant managers to identify and address HR-related issues and develop solutions.
- Lead and support the recruitment and selection process for plant positions.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
- Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactively address potential issues.
- Act as a change agent, driving and supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to share best practices and support company-wide HR initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all HR-related matters.
- Represent Cargill in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Plant Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Employee Relations And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Goals And Objectives.
