- Operate grinding equipment: The primary responsibility of this role is to operate grinding equipment to produce high-quality feed products. This includes understanding and following operating procedures, adjusting machinery settings, and monitoring production to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Maintain equipment: The Grinder Operator will be responsible for maintaining the grinding equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. This includes conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting and resolving any issues, and reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure quality control: It is the responsibility of the Grinder Operator to ensure that all products meet quality standards. This includes inspecting raw materials, monitoring the grinding process, and performing quality checks on finished products.
- Adhere to safety protocols: The candidate will be expected to follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating the equipment.
