  1. Conduct quality control tests and inspections on grind products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  2. Monitor and maintain equipment used in the grind process, promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to management.
  3. Document and report any quality or safety concerns, working closely with the FSQR Manager to address and resolve them.
  4. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  5. Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient grind process.
  6. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of food safety and quality control procedures.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and inspections.
  10. Actively participate in company initiatives and projects related to sustainability and food safety.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the grind process.
  12. Assist in the investigation of any product or process deviations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions for improvement.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Quality Assurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Food Safety And Quality Regulations, Such As Haccp, Fsma, And Gmp.

  • Proficient In Laboratory Testing Methods And Equipment, Including Microbiological And Chemical Analysis.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Collaborative Environment.
