Job Description

  1. Develop and implement company-wide grievance procedures to address employee concerns and ensure fair and timely resolution.
  2. Monitor and investigate complaints or reports of ethical or compliance violations within the company.
  3. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all employee grievances are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees and management on ethical and compliance standards.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company remains in compliance.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all grievance and compliance-related activities.
  8. Work with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to address any compliance issues or concerns.
  9. Facilitate open communication and foster a positive work culture by promoting ethical behavior and fair treatment of employees.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in ethical and compliance practices.
  11. Serve as a resource for employees to address any concerns related to ethics and compliance.
  12. Create and deliver reports to senior management on the status of grievance and compliance activities.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and experts to assist with grievance and compliance concerns.
  14. Adhere to company and industry standards for data privacy and protection.
  15. Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grievance And Compliance Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle And Resolve Employee Grievances.

  • Experience Conducting Investigations And Implementing Corrective Actions In Response To Compliance Violations.
