  1. Operate and monitor the grain processing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality products.
  2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure its proper functioning and longevity.
  4. Monitor grain quality and make adjustments to the processes as needed to meet customer specifications.
  5. Take accurate measurements and record data to maintain production records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
  7. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency while maintaining product quality.
  8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operation and coordination of tasks.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to grain processing.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Grain Processing Equipment: A Grain Plant Operator At Cargill Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Machinery And Equipment Used In Grain Processing, Such As Conveyors, Dryers, And Separators.

  • Experience In Grain Handling And Storage: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Grain Handling And Storage Facility, Including Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Best Practices.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment Is Essential For A Grain Plant Operator At Cargill. Candidates Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Be Able To Perform Basic Maintenance Tasks.
