  1. Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency of products.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet sanitation and safety standards.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
  6. Perform quality checks on products to identify and address any issues.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any production or equipment issues.
  8. Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  11. Train and mentor new production team members.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and punctuality.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  14. Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Ability To Adhere To Strict Safety Standards.

  • Ability To Operate And Maintain Production Equipment, Including Troubleshooting And Basic Repairs.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.

  • Flexibility To Work Various Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Production Schedules May Require.
