  1. Conduct routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, finished products, and production processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  2. Accurately record and maintain data and documentation related to quality control and safety measures.
  3. Monitor and report any deviations or issues in product quality, safety, or production processes to the appropriate stakeholders.
  4. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  6. Utilize various testing methods and equipment to analyze and evaluate product samples.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  8. Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for incoming materials.
  10. Assist with audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Cargill and promote our commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.
  12. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality control procedures.
  13. Train and mentor new team members to maintain a high level of proficiency and consistency in quality control processes.
  14. Remain up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in food safety and quality control.
  15. Embrace and promote a culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Quality Regulations: A Fsqr Technician At Cargill Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety And Quality Regulations, Including Fsma, Haccp, And Gmp. This Knowledge Is Essential For Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Maintaining Product Quality.

  • Experience With Quality Assurance Systems: Candidates For This Role Should Have Experience With Quality Assurance Systems, Such As Iso, Sqf, Or Brc. This Experience Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And The Ability To Implement And Maintain Quality Systems.

  • Attention To Detail: The Fsqr Technician Is Responsible For Conducting Quality Inspections And Audits, As Well As Tracking And Analyzing Data. Attention To Detail Is Crucial For Identifying And Addressing Potential Quality Issues And Ensuring That All Processes And Procedures Are Followed Accurately.

  • Analytical Skills: In Addition To Attention To Detail, A Fsqr Technician Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills. This Includes The Ability To Interpret Data, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Food Safety And Quality Processes.

  • Communication And Teamwork: The Fsqr Technician Will Work Closely With Various Departments And Team Members, Including Production, Quality Control, And Management. Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Others To Resolve Issues And Drive Continuous Improvement In Food Safety And Quality.
