  1. Conduct pre-sorting of food products to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while completing tasks.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in a food production environment.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  7. Report any food safety concerns or deviations from quality standards to management.
  8. Keep track of inventory and ensure proper labeling and storage of food products.
  9. Assist in training new employees on proper sorting and quality control procedures.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to food safety.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  13. Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  14. Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to company operations.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
