  1. Conduct pre-sorting of harvested products to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  2. Inspect products for any defects or irregularities and take necessary actions to maintain high quality standards.
  3. Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of any contaminated products.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any quality or safety issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding any concerns or issues related to product quality and safety.
  6. Maintain accurate records of product inspections and any actions taken.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to food safety and quality.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to food safety and quality.
  11. Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations: A Fsqr Pre-Sorter I - Harvest Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Food Safety Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Haccp, Gmp, And Fda Guidelines.

  • Experience In Quality Control: This Position Requires Experience In Conducting Quality Control Tests And Inspections To Ensure Products Meet Specifications And Standards.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Essential In This Role, As The Fsqr Pre-Sorter I - Harvest Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Sorting Out Any Defects Or Non-Conforming Products.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary For This Position. The Fsqr Pre-Sorter I - Harvest Will Need To Communicate Any Quality Concerns Or Issues To Team Members And Supervisors.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job May Require Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Repetitive Movements, Such As Sorting And Inspecting Products. Therefore, Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment Are Important Qualifications For This Role.
