- Conduct pre-sorting of harvested products to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Inspect products for any defects or irregularities and take necessary actions to maintain high quality standards.
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of any contaminated products.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any quality or safety issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding any concerns or issues related to product quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of product inspections and any actions taken.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to food safety and quality.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations: A Fsqr Pre-Sorter I - Harvest Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Food Safety Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Haccp, Gmp, And Fda Guidelines.
Experience In Quality Control: This Position Requires Experience In Conducting Quality Control Tests And Inspections To Ensure Products Meet Specifications And Standards.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Essential In This Role, As The Fsqr Pre-Sorter I - Harvest Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Sorting Out Any Defects Or Non-Conforming Products.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary For This Position. The Fsqr Pre-Sorter I - Harvest Will Need To Communicate Any Quality Concerns Or Issues To Team Members And Supervisors.
