  1. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following all company safety protocols and procedures.
  2. Transport materials and products throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks and storage areas.
  3. Inspect forklifts and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate movement of materials.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movement.
  6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and compliance.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during forklift operation.
  8. Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safe conditions for all employees.
  9. Train and mentor new forklift operators as needed.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make suggestions for process enhancements to increase efficiency and safety.

Job Qualifications
