
Food Safety - Quality & Regulatory Manager
The Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Manager will plan, develop and maintain food safety and quality systems, ensuring that all shipments meet or exceed customer requirements and facilities comply with internal policies and external regulations while focusing on continuous improvement. Ensure day-to-day compliance for all food safety and quality regulations, policies, standards and practices. Adhere to factory standards and report deviations in completing the activities. Lead internal audit systems. Direct and Lead food safety site improvements. Lead internal and external customer audits and visits, including corrective action closeouts. Supervise a small team of direct reports.
Minimum four years of directly related work experience
Experience with food manufacturing environments, preferably in dry food processing
Laboratory knowledge, including Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and instrumentation a plus
Animal food/feed knowledge, especially pet food a plus
