  1. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
  2. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify and address any potential food safety risks.
  3. Implement and maintain food safety and quality control procedures, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on food safety and quality standards.
  6. Stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal food safety regulations and ensure compliance.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records related to food safety and quality.
  8. Investigate and report any food safety incidents or quality issues, and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  9. Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits from regulatory agencies and customers.
  10. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of incoming ingredients and materials.
  11. Participate in research and development projects to improve food safety and quality processes.
  12. Continuously monitor and report on food safety and quality metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties.
  14. Promote a culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to food safety and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Biology, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Experience In Quality Assurance And Regulatory Compliance In The Food Industry.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Document And Maintain Records.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Regulatory Agencies.
