- Conduct research and analysis on food safety, quality, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of food safety and quality programs, policies, and procedures.
- Perform audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any food safety or quality issues.
- Support the maintenance and management of food safety and quality documentation and records.
- Stay informed on industry trends and updates in food safety and quality regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on food safety and quality best practices.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to food safety and quality.
- Assist with product recalls and crisis management related to food safety and quality.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and customers on food safety and quality requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety and quality processes.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting related to food safety and quality metrics.
- Support the development of new products and processes while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality.
Pursuing A Degree In Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Quality Control Processes
