Job Description

  • Develop and implement food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, processes, and products to identify potential food safety and quality risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement food safety and quality programs and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality, and use insights to drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food safety and quality, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Train and educate employees on food safety and quality protocols and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, and represent the company in audits and inspections
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of HACCP and other food safety and quality management systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential food safety and quality hazards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Food Safety, Quality, And Regulatory Compliance In The Food Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda And Usda Regulations And Food Safety Standards

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Potential Food Safety And Quality Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners To Ensure Compliance And Maintain High Food Safety Standards.
