As a Feed Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and operations of our feed mill facility, ensuring the highest quality of feed products for our customers.   1. Oversee the production and operations of the feed mill facility to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees, following all safety protocols and regulations.
  3. Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to meet production targets and quality standards.
  4. Lead and supervise a team of feed mill workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of feed products.
  6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to identify and address any issues that may arise.
  8. Maintain records and reports of production, inventory, and quality control measures.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in feed mill technology, and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to feed production.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  13. Act as a role model for employees, promoting a positive work culture and fostering a team-oriented environment.
  14. Handle any employee conflicts or issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  15. Assist in budget planning and control to meet financial targets and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Animal Science, Agriculture, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Feed Mill Or Related Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Feed Mill Operations, Including Batching, Mixing, Grinding, And Pelletizing.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Experience With Managing Budgets, Inventory, And Production Schedules To Ensure Efficient And Cost-Effective Operations.
