- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all extrusion machinery, including troubleshooting and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency and meet specifications.

Knowledge Of Food Safety And Quality Standards: A Thorough Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Quality Standards, Such As Haccp, Fda, And Gmp, Is Essential For Ensuring The Production Of Safe And High-Quality Food Products.
Mechanical Aptitude: The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Minor Mechanical Issues With The Extruder Machine Is Crucial For An Extruder Operator To Maintain Efficient Production And Prevent Downtime.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Manuals: As An Extruder Operator, Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Manuals Is Necessary For Understanding The Machine's Operation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting Procedures.
