  1. Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of extrusion equipment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
  4. Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and meet customer specifications.
  5. Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine performance, output, and any issues encountered.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
  7. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate machinery performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Experience In Operating Extruder Machinery: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Operating Extruder Machinery In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: The Role Of An Extruder Operator Requires Strict Adherence To Safety Protocols To Ensure A Safe Working Environment. Candidates Should Have Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Practices.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: The Extruder Operator Will Be Responsible For Maintaining And Troubleshooting The Machinery. A Strong Mechanical Aptitude Is Necessary To Understand How The Equipment Operates And To Make Necessary Adjustments.
