  1. Ensure the quality and safety of Cargill's products through effective quality control processes and procedures.
  2. Continuously strive for improvement in quality control systems and processes to maintain and exceed industry standards.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and problem-solving to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in quality control practices.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes and results.
  6. Utilize your expertise in food science, chemistry, or a related field to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all quality control practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality control processes and results.
  9. Lead and participate in quality control audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
  10. Act as a role model for safety and sustainability practices in all aspects of the job.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  12. Train and mentor junior quality control team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Actively participate in company-wide initiatives and projects related to quality control and continuous improvement.
  14. Represent Cargill in a professional manner, promoting our commitment to nourishing the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.

Job Qualifications
