Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our ERP systems, specifically in the area of commercial trade procurement.   1. Manage and maintain the integrity of the ERP system for commercial trade procurement within Cargill, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies within the ERP system, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of data across departments.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of the ERP system.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maintain data integrity and security within the ERP system, adhering to company and industry standards.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of data within the ERP system to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  6. Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding the ERP system, including troubleshooting and resolving any system-related issues.
  7. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in ERP systems, and make recommendations for system updates or upgrades as needed.
  8. Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to test and implement system changes and enhancements, and ensure a seamless integration with existing processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and understand business needs, and translate them into effective solutions within the ERP system.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and optimize the performance of the ERP system, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and streamlining processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Erp System Implementation, Particularly In The Area Of Commercial Trade Procurement.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Specifically In The Areas Of Procurement, Sourcing, And Trading.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues Within An Erp System.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
