1. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan for the ERP deployment program, including communication and education strategies, to ensure successful adoption and integration of the new system within the organization.
2. Lead the development and execution of communication materials, such as newsletters, presentations, and videos, to effectively inform and engage employees at all levels of the organization about the ERP deployment program and its benefits.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business leaders, to identify and address potential barriers and challenges to change adoption and create strategies to mitigate them.
4. Design and deliver training programs and materials that effectively educate employees on the new ERP system, its capabilities, and how it will impact their roles and responsibilities.
5. Create and maintain a network of change agents and champions within the organization to promote and reinforce the importance and benefits of the ERP deployment program.
6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
7. Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate updates on the progress and impact of the ERP deployment program.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in change management and communication to continuously improve and enhance the ERP deployment program.
9. Lead and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other activities to gather feedback and insights from employees and stakeholders to inform change management strategies.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on change management and communication within the organization and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
