- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with Cargill's business objectives and drives sustainable growth.
- Lead and manage a team of enterprise architects, providing guidance and direction in the development and execution of strategic technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and determine their potential impact on Cargill's business.
