Electro Mechanical Technician

The purpose of this position is to assist the production lines with electrical / mechanical problems and issues and perform electrical/mechanical preventative maintenance. Performs periodic inspection/maintenance on packaging equipment, processing equipment, storage systems, plant utilities and other mechanical and electrical systems. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the reliability of plant assets. Troubleshoots machinery and automation failures as necessary. Assist in the design and installation of new or upgraded equipment and machinery. May design and implement PLC logic programming and modify existing PLC logic programming as needed and any other duties as assigned.
