  1. Maintain and organize all company documents in a systematic and efficient manner.
  2. Review and verify the accuracy of all documents before they are stored in our document management system.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their document needs and ensure that all necessary documents are properly filed and accessible.
  4. Develop and implement document management procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
  5. Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and approvals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  6. Ensure that all confidential and sensitive documents are properly safeguarded and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with document management processes.
  8. Train and educate team members on document management policies and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to document management.
  10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all document management tasks.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement in document management processes and suggest solutions.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient document management process.
