  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems across the global organization.
  2. Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for optimizing business processes through the use of ERP solutions.
  3. Oversee the evaluation and selection of ERP software and vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of ERP specialists and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into ERP system configurations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for ERP initiatives.
  7. Monitor and manage ERP project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in ERP technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions across the organization.
  10. Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the use and effectiveness of ERP systems.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success and impact of ERP solutions on business processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all ERP system implementations.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of ERP systems with other business systems and applications.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in ERP technology.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the ERP solutions team.
