As the Director of Application Development for ERP, you will play a critical role in driving the development and deployment of enterprise resource planning systems that will support the growth and success of our business.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and deployment of ERP systems to support business growth and success.
  2. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Ensure that ERP systems are designed, developed, and deployed in accordance with industry best practices and company standards.
  5. Direct the development and maintenance of custom applications and integrations to enhance the functionality of ERP systems.
  6. Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes for all ERP system changes and updates.
  7. Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  9. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for ERP projects.
  10. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate ERP solutions.
  11. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the application development team.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to application development.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to ERP systems and technology.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  15. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to build strong relationships and ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Erp Application Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Erp Applications, With A Strong Focus On Hybrid Solutions. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Erp Systems And Be Able To Design And Develop Complex Solutions To Meet Business Needs.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As The Director Of Application Development, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Ensuring The Successful Delivery Of Projects. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Expertise In Hybrid Technologies: The Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Hybrid Technologies And Their Integration With Erp Systems. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Cloud-Based Solutions, As Well As Knowledge Of On-Premise Systems. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Api Integration And Data Migration.

  • Business Acumen: The Director Of Application Development Will Work Closely With Business Leaders To Understand Their Needs And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Align Technology With Business Objectives.
