  1. Develop and implement data engineering best practices across the organization to ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of data engineering professionals to achieve excellence in data engineering processes and operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data engineering solutions to support business objectives.
  4. Drive the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitor and analyze data processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize data engineering processes.
  6. Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across the organization.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data engineering and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data engineering capabilities.
  8. Manage data engineering projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  9. Communicate data engineering strategies, progress, and results to senior management.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the data engineering team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Modeling.

  • Proven Leadership Skills With At Least 3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Data Strategies That Drive Business Results.
