As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers in these regions have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services.   1. Act as the main point of contact for customers in Malaysia and Singapore, providing excellent service and support.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  3. Serve as a brand ambassador for Cargill, promoting our products and services to customers.
  4. Understand and anticipate customer needs, and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information in the company's database.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge in customer experience.
  9. Provide regular reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends to management.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations in all interactions with customers.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and streamline processes to improve the overall customer experience.
  13. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing best practices and providing support as needed.
  14. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission, and embody a customer-centric mindset in all interactions with customers.
