- Safely operate cube van to transport goods to various locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Load and unload goods onto the van in a safe and organized manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates on delivery status.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure van is in proper working condition.
- Report any issues or incidents encountered during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and securing goods during transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the van.

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): The First And Most Important Qualification For A Cube Van Driver At Cargill Is A Valid Cdl. This License Allows The Driver To Operate Large Commercial Vehicles And Is A Legal Requirement For This Position.
Clean Driving Record: Cargill Places A High Priority On Safety, And As Such, Requires All Cube Van Drivers To Have A Clean Driving Record. This Includes No Major Violations Or Accidents Within The Past 3-5 Years.
Experience In Commercial Driving: Prior Experience Driving Cube Vans Or Other Commercial Vehicles Is Preferred For This Position. This Experience Shows An Understanding Of The Demands And Responsibilities Of The Job.
Physical Fitness: As A Seasonal Driver, The Job May Require Long Hours And Physically Demanding Work, Such As Loading And Unloading Cargo. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
