- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Crop Inputs retail team, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cargill's crop input products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new customers and market trends.
- Help with product demonstrations and participate in customer events and field days.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports for sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the retail team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in the retail environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the retail team.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the agriculture industry.
- Represent Cargill in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by the retail team leader.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Strong Academic Background In Agriculture Or Related Field, With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Passion For The Agriculture Industry And Crop Inputs, Including Fertilizers, Seeds, And Crop Protection Products.
Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Previous Experience In A Retail Or Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Agriculture Industry.
