  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth for the crop inputs division.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats to the business.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, farmers, and industry organizations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments within Cargill to ensure alignment and support for overall business goals.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers and team members.
  7. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for customer demand.
  8. Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, including conducting performance evaluations and implementing training and development programs.
  11. Oversee the management of retail locations, including merchandising, inventory control, and customer experience.
  12. Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports for the crop inputs division.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the business.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting the company's products and services.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and operations to increase efficiency and profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Agribusiness, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Or Sales Management Within The Crop Inputs Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Agronomy, Crop Protection Products, And Seed Genetics

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Meeting Sales Targets

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Suppliers.
