- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Oversee the management of retail locations, including merchandising, inventory control, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports for the crop inputs division.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technology advancements, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the business.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting the company's products and services.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and operations to increase efficiency and profitability.
Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Agribusiness, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Or Sales Management Within The Crop Inputs Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Agronomy, Crop Protection Products, And Seed Genetics
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Meeting Sales Targets
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Suppliers.
