  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for the crop inputs division.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for crop inputs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and suppliers.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Agriculture Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Crop Inputs, Including Fertilizers, Seeds, And Chemicals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Meeting Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Suppliers.
